So how to Spot Limiting Beliefs?

  • Cultivate self-awareness:

Reflect on recurring patterns and self-imposed limitations in your thoughts and actions. Awareness is the key to transformation.


  • Listening to the Inner Dialogue:

Pay attention to your self-talk. Challenge negative statements like "I can't" and reframe them positively. Shift from self-doubt to a growth mindset.


  • Questioning Assumptions:

Limiting beliefs often stem from the assumptions we make about ourselves and the world around us. Challenge these assumptions. Are they based on reality, or are they just obstacles we put in front of ourselves? Simply ask yourself: "Is that really true?" Stay in silence and listen to your inner self. Be patient, because the ego will speak first, but if you stay with your question long enough, you will connect to your intuition!

The next step is to question the validity of your beliefs by looking for evidence to the contrary.
