After earning a business and management degree,I worked in multinational marketing across diverse market. Fueled by a growing passion for personal development, I eventually committed fully to this pursuit.

I hold an ICF-accredited Life Coaching and Personal Development Diploma. Additionally, I am a practitioner of NLP, Positive Neuroplasticity, Somatic Awareness, and the Release and Rise Technique. With decades of experience in Mindfulness, Meditation, Buddhism, and Non-Duality, my approach seamlessly integrates a rational mindset with insights drawn from various philosophies.

I specialize in balancing clients' mind, heart, and soul, providing a holistic perspective. I thrive on challenging limiting beliefs, guiding clients towards embracing their imperfectly perfect selves for authentic living.

As a proud mother of 4, I reside in Ghent, Belgium, offering sessions

in English, Dutch, Slovak, and Czech, either online or in-person.

​My work focuses on understanding human behavior and leveraging brain neuroplasticity to enhance

self-awareness, overcome obstacles, and transform limiting beliefs.

 

My identity has been profoundly shaped by diverse life challenges, including international relocations, divorce, single-handedly raising four children, health issues, and loss of loved one. Through these adversities, I've discovered a path to inner peace and lasting joy.

NLP enhances skills by creating new strategies, replacing unproductive ones. Utilizing various techniques, it works with the subconscious to release negative emotions and limiting beliefs tied to past experiences. This promotes lasting transformation and supports mind-body health.
