About me

After earning a degree in Business & Management, I built my career in multinational marketing across diverse EMEA markets. Over time, my focus shifted from building brands to understanding what truly drives human behavior, resilience, and clarity under pressure.

As a Mind Fitness Coach I  help professionals strengthen mental steadiness, decision clarity, and sustainable energy through practical, measurable training.

​

I hold an ICF-accredited Life Coaching and Personal Development Diploma, and I’m trained in NLP, Positive Neuroplasticity, Somatic Awareness, and the Release & Rise Technique.


My work integrates Western neuroscience and behavioral science with Eastern contemplative practice - decades of daily meditation, mindfulness, and non-dual inquiry translated into everyday habits, not mystique.

I teach clients how to regulate pressure, recover focus, and sustain composure - not by changing who they are, but by training how the mind performs.

As a proud mother of 4, I reside in Ghent, Belgium, offering sessions in English, Dutch, Slovak, and Czech, either online or in-person. 

My Approach

My approach blends applied neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness to train a mind that stays steady when life gets loud.

 

We focus on short, structured routines that build focus, calm, and recovery capacity: brief resets, focus blocks, energy practices, and planning habits you can sustain.

This is non-clinical, future-focused coaching - no diagnosis,

no jargon, no hype.

​

We measure what matters: mental load, rework, and a simple 0–10 pressure-tolerance score to track real progress.

​

 

My own path - international moves, divorce, single-parenting four children, health challenges, and loss - taught me composure, pacing, and quiet strength. Those lessons inform the way I teach: steady, human, and practical.
